Rewards for each milestone will be unlocked once the pre-registration target is reached.
All virtual-item rewards unlocked through cumulative pre-registration milestones can be claimed from your in-game mailbox after the game launches.
Virtual items and physical prizes from this event cannot be exchanged for cash or items of equivalent value. Specific models, colors, or other details cannot be requested. If a prize is unavailable due to stock shortages or force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to replace it with an item of equivalent value.
Physical-prize winners will be drawn from players who pre-register and create a character after launch. Please create your character promptly once the game is live. The winner list will be announced on the official Facebook page one month after launch. Please follow the official Facebook page for updates. Winners must contact us and provide their mailing address within one week of the announcement, or the prize will be forfeited.
Players who are unable to participate normally due to personal reasons, including unstable or abnormal network connections, will not be eligible for additional reward reissues.
If any system issues occur during the event, the organizer reserves the right to modify the event period or content, or terminate the event.
The organizer reserves the right to modify event content and determine whether redemptions are approved. The latest announcements on the official website or Facebook page regarding event rules, rewards, and changes shall prevail. By participating in this event, players are deemed to have accepted the latest announced terms.
The organizer shall not be legally liable for any loss, error, unreadability, damage, or invalidity of registration data caused by computers, networks, mobile devices, or any other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control. Participants and winners may not raise objections in such cases, and no separate notice will be provided.
Any participant who uses malicious software or other methods that clearly disrupt the normal operation of the event, with the intent to interfere with or influence the results, will be immediately disqualified from participation, prize draws, and winning eligibility upon discovery. The organizer may also reclaim any prizes already awarded. Participants shall be solely responsible for all legal liabilities arising from violations of these rules.
